  • It depends totalbody hammer is a relatively High volume workout with over 6sets pr excersise and max hammer strength ups intensity and downgrade volume what i am currently doing is i Do the totalbody hammer 3 times a week This Will optimize frequency of training and give you alot of volume the only Thing i would Do is auto regulate volume and intensity sets/reps On squat bench and deadlift i Added deadlift In that workout because i Like powerlifting and you gotta have as Munch speceficity as possible imo so if jogging and compettetive running is a main objective of yours i would do only 2 fullbody workouts a week the reasoning for This is the posibility of under recovery and then instead of the Wright training Adding to the running it know takes away from by having an imparing effect On your jog/running performance if it ju st for general Health go for 3 times a week but make sure to autoregulate intensity and volume and dont go to failure On the excersises you Can go close 1-3 reps left In the tank remeber you Are doing alot In that workout and if you go to failure On all of those sets 2-3 times a week + plus the running as i mentioned theres a chance for NOT recovering properly hope This helps have a Nice Day :) Addition to the answer: intensity is how close you lift to your 1 rep max NOT neccesarily how hard you're working it could be but dosent have to be.
